We are a small, casual Italian restaurant in the heart of Upper West Side with an approachable, Italian menu, simple yet superb wine & beer lists and an incredible hospitality approach. Our current team is comprised of the Chef, his team, present, hands-on owners & their card actually reads "Owner/ Server/ Maintenance" and are looking to add active and outgoing people to the Osteria Accademia. The idealserver should have no problem working a table from start to finish (small team big $), including running and clearing. No one should be above any task it takes to make a service run smoothly, from set up to break down. We are not fine dining, but we pride ourselves on giving stellar service and establishing a rapport with every table and because our Chef's food is truly fantastic, it makes our job so much easier. We will serve beer, wine, and Amaro's extensive liquor knowledge is not necessary. We are ready to interview, train and quickly move to friends & family phase just before we open. If you are familiar with UWS you know fall season is busy, especially for brand new opening of a beautiful restaurant.
